How Does Your State Rate?

The American Lung Association has published it's annual State of Tobacco: 2003 Report Card. It clearly shows that most states are still not doing enough to protect children and adults from the destructive effects of tobacco. Each state is graded on 4 factors: Smoke free air, youth access, tobacco prevention and control spending, and cigarette taxes. How does your state rate?
