After The Last Cigarette

What happens inside of our bodies when we quit tobacco? Have all of the years of smoking caused too much damage for quitting to be of any benefit? NO! It is never too late to quit. Even people with smoking-related diseases will see improvements in their health and quality of living once they begin cessation.

After The Last Cigarette details the physical and some of the psychological improvements people experience between the day they quit and up to 15 years later.
