Do You Drink Enough Water?

One of nature's finest quit aids, water will help ease nicotine withdrawal symptoms as you go through the process of quitting tobacco. The benefits are numerous. Not only does a big glass of water work well to cut the urge to smoke, it also helps to flush residual toxins out of your system more quickly. By keeping yourself well hydrated, you'll feel better in general.
