Add Some Exercise to Your Quit Smoking Program

Exercise makes a great quit buddy! I've known more than one person who found a serious love for exercise after quitting tobacco. It helps early on to curb cravings to smoke, and strengthens determination when health benefits appear, such as improved breathing and stamina.

Be sure to schedule a check-up with your doctor before starting a new exercise program, especially if you've been away from it for a long time.
