quiting smoking is by far best thing i ever did.its been a whole mounth and i dont plan to ever light up again i have the help of takeing chantix its been a real life saver.there are very wonderful benefits in quiting smoking you can have the sence of taste and smell again the house does not have that nasty stale oder the list goes on.being a nonsmoker really kicks butt!!!!
