What are You Thankful For?

With Thanksgiving right around the corner, it seems like a good time to take stock of all we're thankful for in our lives. For those of us who have quit smoking, gratitude plays a significant role in our recovery from addiction.

Avoid complacency by keeping your memory green and listing out the positives in your life. Past Smoking Cessation Forum members helped create this list of the benefits they've enjoyed since quitting tobacco. What are you thankful for? Sit down with pen and paper and start your own list. It's a great way to bring the value of your quit program into sharper focus.
