I had a plan to quit - set date - used
patches - and was doing so good - but
I have fallen off the wagon a few times
I can go a few days with no cigarets -
then I just have to have just one. But
I know where that will leave me - I need
help - my will power is weakening.

look into the pill chantix. it’s a gradual process. you don’t have to quit cold turkey, and it will calm your nerves.
