Six Months Smoke Free!

Friday April 29, 2005
Six months respresents a significant milestone for those of us who have quit smoking. It feels great to have an entire half year of smoke free time under our belts. The changes people go through in this amount of time can be amazing.

We have a section devoted to smoke free milestones, and the stories contained therein are inspirational.

Newest contributions include:

Deborah Quit Smoking 6 Months Ago
"Just a year ago I told anyone who would listen to me that I couldn't imagine my life without cigarettes and that I loved smoking. In these past six months I have learned that not only can I live life without cigarettes, but life is so very much better without them."

Akilina's 6 Month Smoke Free Milestone
"Let me tell you that this quit was the beginning of many changes in me, not only that I don't smoke anymore."
