Two Months and Three Weeks - Leslie Stops Smoking Blog

From Leslie: "I am eating more, even though I am expending energy by working so actively and moving almost constantly, the food here is absolutely incredible, so I am not losing the weight I have gained from quitting smoking nearly three months ago. I know that starting smoking again is not the answer to weight loss, and that I must work harder to lose this extra weight as I'd given myself carte blanche to eat whatever I wanted as a 'reward' for my quit."
