10 Months Smoke Free... - Join the Discussion

Saturday March 25, 2006
From Mary:
"When I first quit smoking 10 months ago, it was not something I’d planned. I did it because I was sick and knew I couldn’t go on that way. I did it quickly, just laid them down and let them go, the only way it would ever have worked for me. Of course having found the forum was the deciding factor. The strength and inspiration so willingly and lovingly offered was a godsend. I didn’t stop to think that it would be for good, I didn’t even think that I could!"

We all have the ability to quit smoking permanently, and the Smoking Cessation Forum here at About.com will give you the support and information you need to make this important improvement in your own life.

Believe in yourself and be willing to do the work it takes to achieve your goals, and you can move mountains. You can do it, just as Mary is doing it!
