How to Manage Nicotine Withdrawal

Though it's a short-lived event, nicotine withdrawal can be intense while it lasts. With a little knowledge about what to expect though, along with tips for navigating the early days of your quit program, you'll be able to maintain control and stay smoke free. And remember: the work it takes to quit smoking is a small price to pay for the benefits you'll enjoy once you're free of this awful addiction. Your life will be improved beyond your expectations!
