Advice Needed from the Veterans - Join the Discussion

Friday April 28, 2006
Hello All. Male, 53 years old, smoking for 35 years. Two packs / day. Health dictates I MUST quit. No one seems to provide an average time period where the nicotine madness begins to noticably subside. Need some hope, a goal. An average time for the dependency to be GONE would also be nice to know. Any wisdom would be greatly appreciated.
