Tips to Prevent Heart Disease in Women

Heart disease kills 500,000 women every year in the United States, making it the number one health threat for women between 40 and 60 years of age. Most women are not aware of this fact, and if asked, the majority would say breast cancer is the biggest threat they face. In fact, breast cancer only kills 42,000 per year.
