Tips to Help You Control Your Weight When You Stop Smoking

For most of us, quitting smoking and weight gain go hand-in-hand. Why? In part, it has to do with needing a replacement for the act of smoking. Smokers have a powerful hand-to-mouth association and eating is a hand-to-mouth activity. There are other reasons as well though, and we'll take a look at them, along with some tips on how you can keep your weight under control as you make your way through the first months of smoking cessation.

I know its hard to quit smoking and you can end up putting on weight, but I found self-hypnosis was the answer for my problem.
