The healthy snack idea is good but I’d warn everyone about using food as a means to satisfy nicotine cravings! Hunger is a separate issue and if you don’t treat it as such you will gain weight (like many ex-smokers have dealth with!) I liked to brush my teeth with a luxury whitening toothpaste or even whiten them. This keeps your mouth busy and reminds you how nice it is that you won’t have smoky brown teeth anymore : )
