Wow, thanks for the great tips, there are so many useful ones here. This is my first holiday season smoke free and it is a bit nerve wracking visiting my mother and family and knowing that I will be stressed out and want to smoke. I am dealing with it before hand however so that it is easier when the time comes, and these tips really will help, thanks.
