Started by Darlene, a moderator at the forum with just over a year smoke-free, it explores how to look within and diagnose unhealthy thoughts of smoking as they occur.

From Dar:"I have been around lots of smokers for long periods of time the past month. I have not had craves from it at all and the smoke smell has not bothered me either. Funny thing though, you don't even think and your brain says pick up that lit cigarette and smoke it. But it is not a craving to smoke. It is very strange feeling. It is as though "smoking thoughts" have not been cleaned out of the brain totally..."
