Well done Sadie. I can proudly say I quit smoking more than two years ago now. And I feel great. My wish for everyone out there that is battling to give up is for them to find the way that works for them. Never stop. There is a way for everyone.I used Allen Carr and can not praise him highly enough. Try it, maybe it works for you!
