Terry Martin, you are a gem. Your web site and the Chantix pills were exactly what I needed to quit. My last cigarette was June 28, 2010. Whenever I feel trouble coming from withdrawal I open your web site and read, read and read somemore. Knowledge is powerful when you really want to quit. I appreciate your input and allowing others to share their input on your web site. You have helped me so much. Thank you.

Thanks for the feedback, Larry. I am so glad you have found information that clicks for you. One day at a time will have you looking back from the one year mark faster than you think! Best, Terry

Many years ago they used to have counters that ran on your computer that let you know how much money you were saving and how long it had been since your last cigarette. I have not found any for this time.
