Heading Toward a Better Life

Most of us think about the positive health effects we'll benefit from when we quit smoking. Better breathing; less risk of heart attack, stroke and cancer; improved circulation.

The list of physical benefits is long, but there is an equally important list of psychological gains we'll enjoy as well...things like improved self-esteem and less tension in our lives.

Quitting smoking is the single hardest thing I have ever done. After I decided to quit, I knew that if I could quit smoking, I could do ANYTHING. Now that I have gone over 6 months, I know I can. Time to take down those tobacco companies…

After quitting smoking my complexion is much better, my breath smells great and certainly there is a lot more cash left in my purse now-a-days :)
