I am on my way to not smoking.It has been a difficult time. December ,02 2012 is when i started.I have inhaled about 1and a half cigarettes since.That was in the first two weeks since then none what so ever.Like everyone else i have my reasons but mainly it was my health and family. SO as of right now i know that this will get done with gods help. Of course your guides and letters. thank you. staying strong staying smoke free

im 5 days smoke free using patches. physically it ok. its mentally that hard. my brain is screaming for smokes. i cant stop thinking about it. im on vacation. booked it deliberatly for giving up smoking. ive stayed in the house all this time as im afraid to go out in case i buy some. hope it gets better soon.
