Quit Smoking Support at Woofmang.com
This online quit smoking support group is run by Kevin Foster. He quit in 2001 when he was diagnosed with emphysema and now runs a quit smoking support group to help others find freedom from nicotine addiction.
This in person support group uses a 12 step program adapted from Alcoholics Anonymous. They accept members who have quit cold turkey or with nicotine replacement therapies (NRT's). Their aim is to support people who are looking for freedom from nicotine addiction.
This support organization encourages people to find their own path to recovery while following a 4-point approach to healing: motivation to abstain, coping with urges, problem solving and lifestyle balance.
What is Nicotine Anonymous?
