My Milestone
I quit smoking 10 days ago and am feeling great, thanks to this forum
How I've Gotten This Far
I quit because I was diagnosed with high blood pressure.
I decided that it was time that I should quit.
Although in the start it was tough, I managed to pass my day without smoke. Now I feel smoking urges twice a day for about 3 min at a time. I try to busy myself with some other activities when this happens
Lessons Learned
I will never smoke again and I always suggest to smokers to quit smoke asap.
