Reader Stories: Smoking Cessation Sabotage

See Published Stories

When we quit smoking, we hope friends and loved ones will share in the excitement of what we are working so hard to accomplish.

While many of us do receive support from the people in our lives, it's sometimes less than we expect, or worse, we find that there is a level of unspoken jealousy from friends and family who, for a variety of reasons, might actually want us to (intentionally or not) fail at smoking cessation.
