Please consider the lot of a person with a lifelong allergy to cigarette smoke and local authorities who deny the possibility of drifting secondary smoke. Does anyone know how to prevent neighbours smoke from entering the home Nothing seems to be effective at preventing ingress. Dust is visible and blinds and curtains are yellowing.The smell is revolting. Have there been any cases on the basis of Article 8 European Convention and the right to peaceful enjoyment of ones home free from Radioactive Polonium CO CYANIDE ARSENIC LEAD URINE FORMALDEHYDE . The tobacco lobby must be very powerful indeed to have the right to sell such dangerous products to a largely unaware public. Any advice will be gratefully received
