Easyway to Stop Smoking

My Review

The first time I read Allen Carr's Easyway to Stop Smoking was two years ago. The second and third time I read it was almost two months ago.

While the book made perfect sense I was unable to quit. While looking at their site online I noticed a seminar coming to my area and decided to sign up...it was the best decision I have made for myself in a very long time.

After 33 years of smoking with no break at all in between, I am now 4 weeks free from those nasty cigarettes.

The first three days were the hardest, but each day gets a little easier. I finally feel like there is a chance for someone like me to be free of something that has held me prisoner for way too long.

I would recommend the book and the seminar.

What Did You Learn?

That anyone can quit smoking. Do yourself a favor and read the book and if that doesn't work, go to a seminar.

Would you recommend this to a friend?

Yes
