Title of Smoking Cessation Book:
The Easy Way to Stop SmokingMy Review
If there is a bible on the subject of smoking cessation, this is IT! I'd read many, many, articles written on the subject, but never found a theory which truly gave me the mastery I needed to really conquer nicotine addiction until I read Allen Carr's book.
Carr exposes and describes in detail the mystery of our addiction, giving us the knowledge we need to understand the underlying fears which stand in the way of our success. His credibility as a former 100-cigarette per day smoker helps the most hardcore addicts as he takes us through the journey from nicotine slavery to freedom as a nonsmoker! I can't recommend it enough.
What Did You Learn?
I learned to see through the myths that smokers believe about nicotine addiction and take control of my thoughts. It wasn't through constant effort, however, but by demystifying the addictive thought process.
